First, I was sent to a dirty room then I was moved to a room that had a maid bed, but it was still filthy. The carpet was filthy. There were three disgusting pieces of furniture in the room. None of them look safe to touch or sit on. We couldn’t remove our shoes because the carpet was so filthy and also sticky. There was filth and hair all over the bathroom floor. There was mold all over inside the shower. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty. I was scared to let my kids take a bath in the bathtub. I was scared to let my two year-old sit or climb on the chairs. I was scared to use the towels and sleep in the bed. I wasn’t sure if the linens were clean. I hope they were just stained. they did not have anything for breakfast except waffle batter and syrup. There wasn’t even butter. The only other thing they had other than the waffle batter was a bowl of oranges that had rotten ones in the bottom and last, but not least I saw baby roaches in the hotel room . Oh yeah, and one more thing, I had to move rooms because the first one had a used unmade bed and dirty towels in it so I moved to the room right next-door. I was given a different key a while later I went back to the original room to look for my babies pacifier, and I realized that both keys worked in both doors and that made me worry that anyone else’s key would also open the door to our room and we weren’t safe.
