The common areas, lobby/hallways/pool/fitness/breakfast, were sweltering hot with no AC! Front desk staff was frequently not attending the front desk and it took multiple requests to fulfill any request, needing towels etc. The parking lot and lobby were filled with loiterers and made it seem unsafe for me and my children to walk in/out freely. Reviews online did not match hotel in real life, and I should have done more research! Spent entirely too much money but was told I couldn’t get a refund when asking about the conditions at check in.

The room had cockroaches, my mother is handicapped and had to walk two flights of stairs and the elevator was non working our whole visit. We did not have the complete bedding for our suite.

The elevator was not working and they didn't accommodate for it because me and another family members is disabled and can't climb stairs very good
