The floor below toilet was dirty, we used a couple towels to clean it. Then couldn’t get more towel or wash cloths when needed. Didn’t even start off with enough for 3 people . When we travel for livestock shows we do not have time to worry if we have towels when coming in late

Hotel cleanliness is abysmal, staff had to be asked multiple times for room service.

Our room we had booked for we did not get which was first floor poolside and we’re not informed not even while checkin in but when I noticed the room they put us in was 3rd floor and I asked if they credited me due to it costing more to stay in poolside she said no it’s a balcony but it was third floor which was disappointing. I just said ok the. We get in and the smell of smoke hit me when I walked in then grew gradually worse over the weekend. Finally on Monday night I requested a different room and needed another night we were moved across the hall it still smelled like smoke but not as bad but then the tv didn’t work that entire first night in there and they didn’t know how to fix it up front. I feel there should have been some sort of compensation or points given due to I have stayed at this hotel more then a dozen times. Usually it’s a good experience considering how many times I’ve stayed here
