Front desk friendly. Room was big and clean, microwave and refrigerator. Coffee in lobby in morning. Got fresh towels at front desk. Great location for hiking Nelson Kennedy Ledges and Cuyahoga National Park .

I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. When we entered the room, there was no sofa bed. They explained this as a "miscommunication" with Choice Hotels. They offered a rollaway bed. When it arrived, it looked as if rats lived in it. It was disgusting and we rejected it. 4 people slept in one bed as there were no other options. The room had a musty odor. It was clear that people smoked in the room recently. The hallways were dirty and duct tape was used to repair tears in the carpet. This is by far one of the worst economy hotels I have ever stayed at. I will never go back.
