When we got there. The staff was very good and kind. However, the room choices that they try to put us in was not a great option. The first two rooms were in an area where we did not feel safe. Then they moved us to different rooms that did not feel safe. One of the rooms. The door was broken and anyone could gain easy access to get into the room. The third rooms they moved us to weren’t the cleanest. When I looked into the toilet there was a bloody toilet paper in the toilet. My guess it was not clean up properly. Breakfast was horrible getting the same exact thing every morning. No bacon and only sausage. When I asked about the bacon, we got as a reply that it takes too long to cook. Every other place I’ve gone to that has pancakes. Always had sugar-free syrup. There was only regular syrup. Which does not help out with people with diabetes.

It could have been cleaner. The desk chair was worn to the point that I wouldn't set on it.
