Outdoor pool and jaqcuzzi closed the entire stay. Continental breakfast was very limited which was a bummer.

Great shower. Great people. Very friendly people working there. Great price. I liked the staircase. I liked that I could open the window for outside air.

The room was disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The tub was disgusting. There were stains on the ceiling that looked like urine. The comforter was stained. When we arrived the pools were both out of commission without any prior notification. Then only the indoor pool was fixed. Not the hot tub, or outdoor pool. Staff was rude. Sign in bathroom said “housekeeping upon request”, leading to believe that they don’t come in daily. Without being there for even 24 hours yet, I was watching a show on my laptop when someone knocked on the door. I thought it was my daughter so I just stood up and went to open the door. Already in the door was a worker and she stuttered saying “housekeeping”. If I could have found a hotel within reason to house my family of 6 at a reasonable price that evening- I would have eaten the cost for this hotel just for mine and my families safety. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough Sunday morning. Oh not to mention if your phone went anywhere near your room key, it deactivated. I had to have the key reactivated multiple times because they were both in my purse!!! Zero out of 5 stars.
