Disappointing

Our room was not clean. When entering, it smelled like it had been a smoking room previously and the smell lingered. The phone was dirty and missing buttons. The bathroom floor was dirty and sagged. The threshold between the bathroom and sink space was in need of repair and a tripping hazard. Another guest was on his phone outside the rooms having a loud conversation. As there was no way to contact the front desk, due to the broken buttons on the phone, we got very little sleep.
