My horrible stay at the “hotel”.
The place and the room did not look clean! We never received a room turnover the next day and we did not have towels and everything was a mess… when I asked the lady wanted to see it personally to tell housekeeping… she took pictures and nothing else was done.
In the morning, I woke up with a fat lip must have gotten bitten in the bed by something.
When I try to explain to the lady in the morning… No one could do anything… There was no manager on duty…
And for the price they charge because it was the weekend… It was a horrible experience.
I have photos of my lip. I have photos of the room and I will be contacting my credit card to refund.
