Would by higher if they cleaned the room when we weren't there.

We had a nice stay. Rooms clean, pleasant service. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. This hotel is in the midst of upgrades. It is freshly painted and new signage but bathtubs/showers are dated. Once those are completed it will be a great stay.

Checked in late Friday night and was assigned a room didn't realize until I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom that the toilet didn't work. The valve was shut off and there was a bowl on the floor under it to catch any water because it would leak from the valve and the tank (had to fill it to flush) Mentioned it in the morning before I left to work for the day, and three employee working said I shouldn't have been given that room because it should have been marked out of order. Problem was that he didn't have a room ready to put me in to right away (at first) and I wasn't going to be back until late that night. He managed to figure something out and have me a new room right away that was right next to the front desk and elevator, so I could hear everything going on all night when I got back. Got almost no sleep and was just good to finally get out of there so didn't speak to anyone before I left.
