We have stayed at this location several times. We have asked for late checked out several times. We choose to stay because we like the rooms and it’s convenient. I asked the front desk person Dev last time for late checked out. We got woken up by house keeping early. Yesterday I asked for late checked out in room 106 and my friend did also in room 100. Then my husband came there from work and asked Dev again to double check both rooms have late checked out at 12 and once again Dev lied and he didn’t put it in the notes. Housekeeping didn’t even wait till 11 … they came in our room at 10:45!!! I am just so upset. My husband and I and my friend and her husband don’t get many nights away from our lives and we just wanted to sleep in. I don’t know why Dev always gives us a hard time but this is ridiculous!!

This Comfort suites here in Grove city, Ohio is the best stay i have ever experienced wonderful staff , professional front desk receptionist she has provided the most excellent service as a leasing manager im very impressed with how kind , caring and just a pure joy to have such unique service 😀 👍🏿

On arrival day Nono e was manning the front desk it took several minutes for someone to come to the counter. Once checked in we got a 2 queen bed with pull out couch and the pull out couch was completely filthy. (We have photos) also one queen bed comforted was filthy. Our shower was dirty and the plug for the bath didn’t work. The hotel didn’t have coffee and breakfast was a joke. (Also have pictures) My 3 children accompanied us on this trip. We went swimming in the pool with the kids and our friends on the final night and it ended up making one of our friends kids sick as well as one of our children sick. Overall we noticed the workers were inattentive and lazy and our stay wasn’t pleasant. We ended up checking out a day early because we were unsatisfied.
