Room smelled of smoke and mildew. Exterior door was not secure. Pool was not operational. AND you (parent company) had the audacity to charge me $15 for checking out a day early.

While I’m sure there is a market for a reasonable motel rate this place isn’t at all kept. The hallways reek of marajuana, the place is just dirty with odd carpet stitched in, the pool is closed, our key cards were canceled, some of the staff struggled to be even moderately friendly.

If felt very unsafe , not what the pictures looked like at all. There were strangers just allowed to loudly loiter in hallways, and right outside the entrance smoking. The whole hotel smelled like smoke, was humid, and grimy. The interior design is unsettling at best, and the locks looked ready to disintegrate at my touch. The bathroom was okay; but could have used more towels. There was a hard cigarette butt in the corner when we walked in, and our non smoking room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was the only redeeming quality, the food is good and the offering was good as well, and the dining room was the best looking part of the structure. Pool was empty despite it being the middle of the summer..Every staff member I actually interacted with was very nice, but the state of the hotel just ruined the experience completely
