The hotel was horrible , very poor customer service ! Smelled horrible , did not have any towels had to go out and purchase my own for my family , the pool was disgusting , the toiled or sink did not work in my room had to ask for a plunger and that still did not help the tub was disgusting I also had to purchase a shower mat in order to use it , the bed sheets were not clean had bugs on them and the floors were extremely dirty and stained the room had an unbearable smell but unfortunately I had to deal with it at the time I do think I deserve a refund.

Room floors not clean Not enough towels for three people Back entrance didn’t work Desk said not locked-didn’t feel safe Bed was so low and only one chair Freezer was totally frozen Because of beds couldn’t sleep and ended up getting up at 5am Room charge was excessive for the size of the room and so called amenities

I had a really rough experience. My friend and I had gotten to the hotel pretty late and we were welcomed to our room lights not turning on. I had even came down and asked for someone to check on it because our phone line was not working either. Even till I left no one had ever came to check up on the light/electricity issue. Our bathroom doors would also not lock fully. Lastly, we were informed of bug beds in the hotel and my friend and I had decided to check our sheets and pillows and though there was no bug beds there was scuff marks on the sheets and there was a blood looking stain on the pillows.
