They gave us a room and said there were kids above us and they might be loud. Well they were jumping out n the floor until after midnight. Fire alarms went off around 3am which then prompted the kids to start jumping again. Breakfast was ok. There was no explanation of why the alarms went off and an apology would have been nice. Really disappointed after driving 6 hours and needing a place to sleep.

Wasn’t not to bad of a say

First room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and had to ask for a different room. Had to evacuate at 2am because someone pulled the fire alarm as a prank; would have been nice to been compensated somehow. People in pool were so rowdy and rough and splashing as I was trying to let my 20 month old granddaughter swim. Was eating breakfast at exactly at 10 am when it ended the worker shut off all the lights so we were eating in the dark.
