During peak occupancy don’t count on extra pillows

This property has decided not to procure enough extra pillow inventory to meet customer requests during peak occupancy. We did not sleep well because ZERO extra pillows were available. The Front desk manager announced many prior requests for extra pillows, in addition to ours, were also unfilled.
