No staff, trash everywhere, no working elevator, no clean towels, rusted and unusable gym equipment, key cards didn’t work, outside doors didn’t lock, dirty lobby sitting area

Elevator broke while i was in it. I was stuck for over 15 minutes

When we arrived at the hotel there were probably over 20 people waiting to get refunds because their rooms were soo bad. We got in late and waited 45 minutes to get checked in. Our room was livable compared to others in the hotel. Broken towel bar in bathroom, wallpaper was bubbling in the bathroom, floor was dirty, the chair in the room had mold on it. I felt bad for the one and only person working that night. That’s a lot to handle all by yourself. The manager was supposedly out of town. To say the least, the people there were soo upset that they called the police for an inhabitable place. This hotel needs a ton of renovations and help. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
