Nothing was working, no pool, no hot tub, no ice machines, air conditioner had mildew smell, had to use fan in window. Breakfast was bought at store and had to be warmed in microwave.

the rooms are comfortable, tv programming is good, when i had an issue the staff handled it immediately, they are also very friendly and helpful
