The building felt tired and in a state of disrepair when I arrived. The front desk staff member was helpful, but the overall feel was less than bargained for. The breakfast was good (food-wise), but the staff member trying to organize it was flustered as it appeared that he was remedying the actions of other staff, as there were no plates, minimal food, and the overall presence was again on the lower end.
