Stairs to get to first floor and terrible check in experience!!!

Sadly the hotel has gone downhill dramatically. Some of the cleaning crew was running around and screaming on the second floor. The rooms were subpar. Only one ice machine was operable in the whole hotel. It’s just disappointing to see a place that used to be halfway decent just dive. Not sure if future plans or different management?
