The hot water was turned off in the room. I was able to turn it back on myself. I couldn't figure out how to operate the shower. I called the front desk. The person working didn't know how either. I had to figure it out myself. When I checked out the front door malfunctioned. Instead of fixing the door the person at the front desk kept asking me if I had a room there. Despite seeing my key she continued to question me. Which didn't make sense. What did that have to do with the door? I was very offended by her actions.
