The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. Megan and Liri go above and beyond. I see them filling in for different positions. They are always extremely helpful and polite to guest.

Had to switch room once due to a big being on bed when I walked in the room, next room they put me in was a handicapped room, no problems there other that I felt guilty using that room incase someone had a emergency and need that room so I was sent to 310. In this room was not able to watch TV one night and there was a long black hair on shower wall, but after swapping 5 room in 2 hotels I was not mentioning the tv or the hair. Other than this my stay was wonderful
