Rooms and dining area exceptionally clean! Not one issue. Best place we have ever stayed and we have traveled many years to many places.

My room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. I was really happy with everything except the WiFi in my room wasn’t working. I tried to troubleshoot with the hotel’s tech support, but it never did get fixed.

I must say, this was the most negative hotel experience I have had to date, and I travel for work every week. The staff was unenthused and dressed in a highly unprofessional manner. The entire lobby smelled like mildew. I was with a group that rented the meeting space. The meeting space was not set up, the tables were dirty, and MY STAFF had to vacuum the carpet. The meeting room space smelled like a combo of mildew and wet carpet. My room had frayed carpet ends, the toilet would not flush all the way, and the water would not get hot. I was VERY disappointed beyond words. No, I would not recommend it at all.
