Great staff clean rooms

I’ve stayed at other Quality Inns in the past with no complaints whatsoever!! but this one was a disappointment! For starters it was not very clean on the outside, in the lobby nor in the elevator. The room was clean but desperately in need of painting as there were scratches all over!!! I was totally surprised when most of electrical outlets did not work especially the one where the nightstand and clock were! Since I was traveling by myself and was too uncomfortable with the area I did not call the front desk to complain I just wanted to get some sleep and leave first thing in the morning. I must say that bed was exceptionally comfortable! But to put the icing on the cake when I turned on the water for a shower, there was no hot water even though I let it run a long time! I was so upset by then that I just took a cold shower, packed and left. I did stop to pick up a cup of coffee and a muffin, and must say that the ladies in the breakfast room were very polite and friendly. This is the first time ever that I have written a negative comment on any hotel or motel that I have ever stayed in and believe me I’ve stayed in many! Maybe somehow this corporation can help this hotel out some way. Thank you.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
