This Property Needs a Corporate Review and Inspection!!
When I first checked in, they put me in Room 202. The door had been forced at some time and shabbily repaired, with what looked like resin. The stud for the security lock was screwed into the repaired portion of the door with four small screws. The "chest of drawers" was falling apart. I demanded another room - that one had a compromised security lock also. I finally got the room I should have been given in the first place.
It was like they were not serious about providing decent customer service.

Booked a smoking room through company website; hotel recently went non-smoking. Un-announced $100 deposit (more than room rate) required. Room below average: lack of maintenance obvious (A/C leaking condensate, leaking shower head, etc...) Breakfast options were lacking; three bagels (one with insect on it,) waffle maker and coffee were about it.
Best thing about the place was the food truck set up in the parking lot.
