Was very nice hotel everybody was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check out

The hotel was in need of major upkeep. The first room we were assigned to had a horrific smell and had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty and there was clearly urine on the bottom of the toilet that had not been cleaned and sanitized properly. I had to go to the front desk to report the issues and was assigned a new room. The new room smelled better but was just as dirty. I considered leaving to find a new hotel but could not do so on such short notice with my children with me. I was horrified by the condition of the rooms. The elevator also broke during our stay. I believe the entire hotel needs to be renovated. There was cardboard on certain parts of the ceiling in the pool and the poolside tables/chairs were dirty as well.

Construction above my room for 12 hrs a day. Barely had internet even in the lobby. Loud neighbors.
