Between the AMAZING STAFF that helped us so very much but was also so very nice … the place was clean.. and so nice looking but the best part about this hotel is the BEDS!!!! The linens from pillows to the sheets so soft to the mattress so awesome !!

the luggage cart was rusty, and looked like it had vomit dried onto the carpeted surface....1/4 roll of t.p. in the bathroom.... the corridors smelled like cigarettes', urine and marijuana..... the fridge would shut off on its own and my bag of ice melted onto the floor, and my food spoiled... a light fixture was broken... the breakfast eggs were fake, and the sausage looked like fake meat.... the remote for the t.v. was wrong.... all of the ice machines were broken, so I had to buy ice... the smoke from the guests smoking weed outside was sucked into the A/C and filled my room with the smell... the toilet seat was broken and would not tighten up... the carpet was so dirty that my white socks were dark brown on the bottom.. I had no choice but to stay here because it was prepaid by my employer, and I couldnt risk not getting a room at another hotel.
