The CEO, manager, owner of Rodeway Inn needs to come look at this place and stay here himself with his wife and kids and then tell me what he thinks about it.

Hot water did not work. The floor was nasty. Dirty towels. No lights in room. Internet was bad too. Bad customer service. Had crackheads walking around.

The reason for my score is because, each time I checked into the hotel, the son of the owner at the front desk, charged me over the amount that was on my reservation, he also very rude, didn't allow me to speak, to get my point across although to he's, they expect you pay you to pay for these and to keeep you in the rooms, no one is allowed to come check on you, nor socialize with you, even when you paid and haven't created an drama atmosphere, the beds are hard and uncomfortable, you don't get enough Linens during your stay, a lot drug activity this will be my last time staying there EVER!!!!!
