The bed frame squeeked really bad, AC not working properly and attention to details like weeds and trash outside mad us think twice about returning. Carpets need attention as well. Really hope management gets back to make this hotel what it was several years ago.

Ice machine was broke for haft of the week, the same breakfast for 3 days in a row.

Quality of service and overall impression of hotel. We stayed 5 nights and our room was never cleaned even after asking the cleaning staff in the hall right outside our door as well as asking staff at front desk on day 3 & 4. Also went to front desk after returning to hotel on day 3 and telling them our room had not been cleaned. This is totally unacceptable! As a Choice Hotel Member for nearly 25 years the Quality Inn chain is by far your worst in the group!!
