The first room they check this into smell like smoke and musty. Moved us to another room a few doors down smelt better, but the room was filthy and I brought my cleaning bag so I cleaned the room and took the towels to the front desk to let her know how nasty it was. There was food splattered on the bathroom door. The mirrors were handprints all over and nasty. The pictures were so dusty Are one of our pillowcases had pure black stains on it behind the beds were food crumbs in there was a sock back there. The bathroom toilet had hair on it. The shower walls were grimy from not being clean well but me traveling with two kids by myself. I was not moving again. She said the room was a queen, but the beds were more like a double and then for me to upgrade, would it cost me another $42 a night so instead of her trying to make me happy and giving me a break trying to upgrade to make me happy from being in a nasty room she didn’t so we stayed in that room neither us say I didn’t sleep the first night And then the pool was closed down the whole time second day. Their picture shows an outdoor pool which there was not the grass people at the front were very polite. I give them that they were very nice and I get you pet you get what you paid for that filter is not what I paid for Bugs and spiders in the room and no need to complain every day because they’re you’re not gonna do nothing and then an extra $50 on my credit card when we get there and another $50 thing credit for a deposit when you get one deposit back where’s my other 50 deposit back because it don’t show on my receipt that I paid you that $50 so if that’s a hold, it needs to be reversed I did receive one of the 50 back the next day.

My brother in law is a light sleeper and was awaken several times from the airplane noise. I had no problems as I am a heavy sleeper. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was fine
