Upon arrival I was informed that they no longer had any King rooms and was given a double. I asked if there were any possibilities for a discount for the inconvenience and was told he could not handle any discounts because he was new to the role. After this, we entered the room, and the couch was disgusting, torn, and worn out to the point that I didn't want to sit on it or let my belongings touch it. Additionally, the curtains had mold on them from the condensation of the AC unit. I informed the front desk upon check-out and still was not offered any accomodations. I left a note to be contacted by the manager and never received a call regarding the concern. I was highly disappointed and was a complete waste of my money.

Hotel pools has been not working for years! Also they have no washers working for people that are staying for longer periods of time. There are roaches all over the hotel along with mold in the room. The breakfast is terrible and tastes like the food is expired. I would never stay here again!

The hotel was very nice! Clean, bed was comfortable! Employees were very friendly!
