A/C unit in room leaked onto floor soaking the carpet. Mini fridge was unplugged, plugged it in and overnight contents inside froze, so it was unplugged by someone knowing it was defective. Stayed on 4th floor, only icemaker was located on 1st floor. One of the rooms, maybe 401 or 402, on the floor doorknob and lock set broken out, giving lack of confidence in security of area. The surrounding area very sketchy, homeless people on sidewalks through the immediate areas. Staff was nice, rooms we average.

First floor room and the shades cannot be lowered, broken off ground plus in bathroom outlet. Bath tub drain plug broke off and laying on the back of the toilet & paint on the side of the tub. I expected much better quality from a Radison

King bed was very comfortable and the walkin shower was awesome!
