your reservationist at the hotel was rude, the shuttle service was unavailable at 1pm, there was no lobby to sit in, the pool was filled in with dirt, the mattress was jacked up. and the hotel was no where food could be found. The receptionist did not offer any help at all. worst hotel stay in 10 years.

Disappointed
The room they gave me was not what i booked! Theyre doing renovation so we couldn't ultilize the pool ! The room was dirty & our keys kept deactivating, The staff was rude! This was the first time i booked w/ comfort suites and was disappointed ! will not boook back w/ this location.
