Nice and Easy Weekend Stay!
We had a great stay. We were greeted by Amanda on Friday evening and she made us feel welcome. She gave a us tips about the area and got us checked in quickly. We would stay here again.

Not the best area
The was a naked homeless man grinding on my truck at night, alerted the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do about for me to get my phone and call the police myself.
Chose this location based on closeness to nearby stores and because I am a choice member.

Kind of let down from my many other choice hotel experiences
I’ve stayed at many Comfort Inn & Suites locations over the years and usually choose them because they’re consistently clean, reasonably updated, staffed by good people, and offer a decent breakfast. They’re not luxury hotels, but typically reliable.
Unfortunately, this particular property fell below that standard. When I pulled into the parking lot, I immediately noticed the grounds were in rough shape—the fence was partially falling down, trash cans were overflowing, and the overall appearance felt neglected.
Check-in was delayed about 8–10 minutes, though the staff member apologized, explaining they had stepped away briefly, which was understandable. The staff I encountered were polite and the breakfast was as expected: decent and well-attended.
The room itself, however, left a lot to be desired. There were several large stains on the carpet, the blinds showed what appeared to be black mold, and the furniture looked dated, probably from the late 1990s. While clean, it was clearly overdue for replacement. The pillows were unusually small—more like half-pillows—and the TV remote only worked if held in a very precise position.
Overall, while the staff were fine and breakfast was acceptable, this property is in serious need of investment and upgrades. I will be visiting this area often over the next four years as my daughter attends school nearby, but I will be crossing this particular hotel off my list of places to stay.
