The room was old and outdated. The mattress had the most disgusting smell to it that had seeped through to the blankets. When asked for bedding to be changed, we realized it was the mattress. We had to flip the mattress and request new bedding. The front desk employee was disrespectful the following morning but luckily, the operations manager was more understanding and fair.

Very Poor Service and upkeep
Phone did not work, head Board light kept flashing all night, told front desk, after 2 hrs no show told them again, after 1 hr no show went to desk again was not able to fix. Carpets smell.
