good stay when rates are good
When it's weekday prices it's a good deal. Staff is welcoming and breakfast looked busy so, good. We got up too late though.

There were 3 exits, which 2 were very dirty one had a dirty tote with unknown substance, maybe water dripping from the ceiling and the other exit stairway looked like it hasn't been touched for a long time and the walls had brown stuff running down

bathroom was not cleaned properly. A single hand towel was all that was available. I went to the front desk to let them know and they said they would bring some up. After 20 minutes, no towels. I went wandering the halls and ran into a person with a cart and ask for some towels. They gave me a few. I was dissapointed that they just pull them off a not neatly done stack. They room cleaning and stocking operation obviously needs a redo.
