I chose this hotel for its location of being in walking distance of place we were interested in. As it worked it wasn't much of an issue. Overall we were happy with the staff. The pizza and burger restaurants were pretty good and breakfast was what we expected. The lines were long but you spread things out to help mitigate those issues. The facility is general is a bit worn down. It could use a coat of paint. The bedding was excellent, and that is a primary concern. My only real complaint is that the carpeting is beyond dirty. Very disgusting. The entire place hasn't been steam cleaned in forever. For that issue alone, I don't want to go back. You should have the entire facility on daily steam cleaning schedule where you do one or two rooms, or a section of hallway every day.

They staff was amazing. I had a few issues, 1 being the A/C was not working in my room properly. They did put in 2 new units, but they didn't seem to cool it down either. The other issue was that while making breakfast, I stood in a short line for 55 minutes just to make 2 waffles.

The hotel is at a great location. 3-4 minutes walking distance to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lot of restaurants nearby which are open even late at night. They have smaller parking lot compared to the number of rooms they have. If you don't get parking there, you need to park in a multistoried parking lot which is couple blocks away. Reception will validate your ticket which means you don't need to pay for it during exit. The breakfast section is very small for the number of guests with very little options during crowded times. the waffle maker section is too crowded and at least an 45-60 mins wait.
