The room was dirty, hair was all over bathrooms floors and shocks were hanging in room. Seems like Front desk lady was on something.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never encountered the issues I did this stay. When I checked in that afternoon the breakfast area was still a complete mess with waffle batter everywhere etc. The bathroom in the hotel room was dirty. The floor and the bathtub were the main part. The people above us kept us up all night. Many of the families that were staying had some very unruly children. When my daughter and I went to check out we almost got ran over. No hotel staff did anything to stop the crazy children that were there doing any of this. I'm not sure if i'd ever want to stay here again after that.

The room was so dirty. I took pictures down to the front desk and asked right after checking in if someone could just sweep it again and wipe down what I showed her (hair and dried liquid that ran down the wall). She said the pictures were gross. We left for a few hours and came back. No one had touched the room. I then called down later that night because our remote would not work. She said she would be right up. She never showed. The room had ants, hair and the light fixtures look like them never have been wiped down. The bed spread had obvious stains on them. One of the worst rooms I have stayed in. Later I heard one of the cleaning ladies complain g about her pay to another lady who was telling her to lower her voice and she refused.
