Many things. No bath soap, drainer stoppers missing, toilet bowl too low, no room service (bed, towels), clock broken, tub surface was pitted and missing skid, not enough lighting, and didn't look like the pics online.

Room was not cleaned properly. Upon arrival after checking in, noticed that the sheets for the bed were dirty in which one had a pee stain and the covered had stains all over. The bathroom was not cleaned
