It was very quite where we stayed at the Hotel. We had our grandsons with us and we're situated near the pool. As an added experience this Hotel had great breakfast choices every morning of our stay!

I Request an extra bed for my room since it was needed for a child. When I reserved the room I was approved through an email that I received from the clarion hotel. When I arrived with my family at the hotel, I spoke with the front end clerk and she stated that it wasn't on my room reservation. I proceeded to show her the email approval for yhe extra bed. She stared she would check onto it and give us one. About 5 minutes later the clerk returned and stated she couldn't provide us one due to the room we had. If I would have know ahead of time regarding of this i would have stayed at another hotel because one of my family members slept on the floor. I was very disappointed with the way things were handled. Terrible customer service.

The room I stayed in smelled like mildew. Check it out. Room #116. Even upon entering the room, the rug by the bathroom was raised. It seemed like they must have had a water condition for the rug to be elevated...thus the mildew smell.When trying to check out, no one at the front desk. I waited quite some time, too. The lady in front of me called the Clarion Inn & Suites phone number. She stated she needed to talk to someone at the front desk. Just then, a man who worked there was on the phone and walked out from the "Employees Only" Room. It was him that she called. She explained that the line of people were there for quite a while waiting for someone to assist us. We all had the same experience...no bill was left under our doors. That's not cool with me. I want to look at the bill to be sure no additional charges were placed on my bill. It seemed sketchy. Lastly, the price was very inflated. It was way too expensive for an "eh" experience. All in all, I have had better experiences at different hotels. Three is the best I could give Clarion.
