Poor parking, there is a need for a parking lot entrance. Patrons with disabilities have a difficult time with their luggage. Antiquated oversized air conditioner, difficult controls. Limited breakfast selection. On the other hand, the rooms were very clean.

Unhelpful staff that are difficult to communicate with.

Unexpected $25.00 charge for parking, room outdated, Bathroom toilet paper holder screws disconnected from wall, mildew in the Bathroom around tub, cork around bathroom sink dirty, furniture in room stains on it and coming apart, television didn’t get but 3 or 4 channels, worn out wooden blinds, pillows go so flat it’s like you don’t even have a pillow, paint peeling over the window. We stayed in room 106 and when I entered I was so disappointed and said only one night. Wooden bars supposed to be the headboards for the bed all of it needs to be thrown out the bed too. I slept with the television on because I didn’t know what would have crawled out. I’m glad I didn’t bring my Mother or other family members because I would not have wanted them to stay in that place. If I can help it, I will not return there, we tried to operate the elevator, didn’t work for us. I really need a refund for what we paid it was not worth my funds. Where our room was it was right there at the lobby and loud. So disappointed ☹️
