Absolutely disgusting. The first room wreaked like cigarettes. The A/C filter was caked with black grime. The entire ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and spotted in mold. Some forced entry into to room so hard that the corner where the they drywall meets was blown out. The TV had no channels. That’s why they moved me.
The second room wreaked like smoke still but was in okay condition. Terrible nights sleep.
Exterior doors were broken and didn’t lock or just not capable of locking.
