Staff were friendly, my room was clean and free breakfast is never a bad thing! They offered hot foods as well as cereals, muffins, fresh fruit and beverages.

Hallway smelled of cigarettes and someone dumped garbage on the stairway. It did get picked up eventually but there was a lot of garbage that was dispersed

I found this place out of date, disorganized and generally uncomfortable. I've stayed recently at similarly priced hotels that were far better experiences. Get rid of those keys! Having a key that can be affected by touching a magnet reminds me of 1995. Ridiculous how much effort I had to go through to keep from having to again get my keys reset. The thermostat also needs to work not just freeze you out of make you uncomfortably hot. Broken towel rack in the bathroom left no where for anyone to hang damp towels. And if I plug a usb device (for which I of course needed an adapter usb-c to usb-a) into the lamp and turned the lamp off the usb ports did nothing. Enough said!
