Not as nice as the other ascends we have stayed at

Not happy
I was charged twice. Once with I made the reservation and again upon arrival. Although they noticed the error quickly they said it would take days to put the funds back. The problem with that is it shorted by bank account to nearly nothing and I still had to get back home. Fortunately for me I have another account to draw from.
It bothers me that the money can be taken in seconds but not get back in the account for 2 o 3 days. Had I not had another source of money I would have been stuck in NY until the money was available.
