One of the top 10 WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. Not even gonna list all that was wrong. It is a DUMP. The owner's license should be pulled.

Incompetent Service

Very incompetent customer service. Took me nearly half an hour to check in. The front desk knew nothing about setting up and had to always to call others for such basic responsobility. At the end of my stay, he even asked me for my credit card information in case the point redemption was not processed successfully. I was shocked by this and explicitly refused to authorize any additional transaction on my credit card. The service I experienced was highly unacceptable.
