Unpleasant Stay
The bathroom roof was moldy, in the bedroom where the twin beds were was piping coming out of the wall that wasn't properly sealed. Most of the doors and windows need to be tightened/resealed.
We had booked 2 nights but only stayed the 1 night as we didn't want to sleep there again.

Nice motel in good location
We were warmly welcomed to the motel on arival. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed and bedding was good for a good night’s rest. We were provided with ample tea and coffee in the room
The bathroom was also nice with good amenities.
Parking was directly next to our room and location to the town centre was in walking distance.
No hesitation in recommending this motel in Dubbo and we have rebooted for our return trip from Queensland in a few weeks
