Terrible front desk staff.
The front desk clerk was rude and hiding in the bathroom. When I picked up the phone in the lobby I heard her yell an exploitive like I was bothering her.

Over the past year, under new management the quality of this hotel has increased significantly. The rooms are more spacious, and cleaner. The laundry facilities have been replaced with commercial appliances. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was always tasty and appealing. All of this with a reasonable price. I will definitely Be staying on future trips to Roswell.
