Should not be a hotel

The lights in the bathroom would not turn off. It's very dark at night. We didn't take our showers because we might fall. We are not young. The staff put us n 2nd floor n the middle of the building. No ice. Microwave outlet is short and has no plug in. We requested for half of our refund
