We stayed in room 321. We noticed right away that the floor hadn't been swept. There was a piece of plastic on the floor that was a few inches long, and other small dirt/debris that stuck to our feet. The shower drain did not drain even though we made sure it was open. Despite the room itself being subpar, the front desk and shuttle service was wonderful. The gentleman who took us to the airport was a delight. I accidentally left my purse in the shuttle, and when I called him from the airport, he immediately drove back to the departures drop-off to make sure I got it. Special shout-out to him! I'm sorry that I did not get his name. The shuttle ride to the airport took less than 5 minutes, which was very nice.

Room needing upkeep. Doorknob to bathroom broke. Fridge unplugged. Key card quit working twice. Rude and unhappy front desk staff.
