It is an older hotel, unfortunately it is a part if town with alot of homeless people, being I am a single handicapped senior traveler it made me feel a little uncomfortable!

Very affordable. Extremely lovely and friendly staff. Did not once receive any room service in the entire week.

I traveled from Detroit Michigan to albuquerque with my wife and 2 kids one who is 14 and another who is a 2 month old. The drive was a 24 hour long drive non stop when I arrived at the quality inn on menaul exhausted with my kids we were all looking forward to a nice relaxing stay with hospitable service. Let's just say we were not given such service. The room itself smelled dirty I checked out the bathroom to find a cockroach crawling up the walls so I was grossed out and checked the bed to find that to sheets and comforter were covered in other people's hairs I shook them off and used my own blankets. It was really hot in the building so I turned on the a/c which was placed in the far back corner of the room and turned it on and it kept turning on would not cool our room down. The bathroom had no fan in it so if you like it hot with no ventilation I suggest you stay here if you like bugs and dirty sheets stay at the quality inn on menaul and university. I was charged 100 dollars for a deposit and I requested a late check out and was told no it is 5 minutes until check out you have 5 minutes to get out of our room because someone else needs it. I told the front desk girl I have a new born and it is going to take me a little bit to get packed due to the fact the baby could not sleep well In The hot muggy room she then didn't care and told me you have 5 minutes to get out sorry. I was shocked by that response and so I packed as quickly as possible and was practically being hawked by the front desk lady as if I was doing something wrong i dont know what being evicted by police feels but id imagine it feels how she made me and my family feel as she was standing at our door while we where rushing to load up the baby and pack our things. Thankfully we where finally leaving this horrible place to stay at and I requested a receipt and was told I was being charged 35 dollars from my 100 dollar deposit for a late check out. I would NEVER recommend this place to stay to anyone I know. Was a total was of money and was treated like was a problem and not like a paying customer.
