this is a place we prefer staying whenever we visit family and we've never had any issues we got in a little early and had already made up our minds to wait patiently until it was check in time but our receptionist saw that we were a rewards member and upgraded our room which allowed us to check in at that time and we absolutely loved our room. paying for parking sucks even though this particular trip we didn't drive and had no car but for future stays we will
