Three things: 1. When we made the reservation, we told the representative that we needed a room for three people. I am in a wheelchair and we made it clear that we needed to have a third person in the room that was my aide. I specifically said that we didn’t need a double room but required a sleeping arrangement that afforded the 3rd person a bit of privacy. We went to the room after checking in and it was a DOUBLE ROOM. We had to take a second room (109) for the 3 nights. This resulted in our bill being twice what we planned 2. We had a $25 gift card that we presented at checkout and were told that it had to have been used on line:( 3. Though advertised as a handicapped room it didn’t have a raised toilet or an accessible sink The only good thing about this stay was that the employees were friendly

They need to take better care of the rooms

Disgusting hotel! Bathroom tub has mold and bottom was peeling off paint. Doors were so rusted. Ceiling peeling. I had to be close to my home which was closing so I basically had no choice but to stay in the only nearby hotel. Horrible experience will never recommend!!
